New Features in Sprint 42 as of October 21, 2020!

  • NEW! We’ve added the ability to schedule multiple Auto Imports in Import Students/Adults. You can schedule all your Import Files to upload on a set schedule!

    • The Auto Import tab has been replaced with a grid containing all active Auto Imports.

  • Imports in the grid will have the following Cog Options :

    • View

    • Edit

  • Users will schedule Imports using the same, previously used utility when creating a new Import:

  • Multiple Auto Imports will require separate schedules.

    • They may be ran on the same day, but the times cannot overlap.

  • NEW! A Temperature Tab has been added to the Add/Edit Recipe screen!

    • Users will be able to enter data into the following fields:

      • Cook/Prep Target Temp

      • Hold Target Temp

  • The values entered here will automatically appear on the Production Report for the Recipe.

    • NOTE: Any values entered will only appear on newly created Production Reports. Temperatures that would appear on existing Production Reports will not be grandfathered in with the update.

  • Two (2) additional columns have been added as options in the Column Visibility settings:

    • Allergens

      • No Allergens

      • Allergens Not Available

      • Default Allergens

      • Custom Allergens

      • Searching will return results where the Allergen or Attribute starts with the search term.

Export

New York SIRS Export

  • Added the ability to view Saved Exports.

    • The New York Sirs Export link will now take users to a grid containing all previously completed Exports.

  • Saved Exports will have the following Cog Options :

    • View/Edit

      • Opens the NY SIRS screen with the selected Export’s data.

    • Delete

      • Deletes the Saved Export and unlinks any selected sites associated with the Export.

Aeries Integration

  • The following Field Mappings have been updated in the Aeries Integration, allowing users further access and utilization between products:

    • Parent Name

    • Parent Email

    • Parent Phone Number

    • Address

      • Each field will now support additional Aeries Mapping Configurations.
